Hired this company to do a detail on my car, extremely disappointed. They claimed to be more than just a car wash but they did not clean the nooks and cranies which is what I expect when paying for a detail. My car was still covered in water spots when they left the exhaust tips were not polished like I asked and when I brought up my issues they tried to tell me I didn't tell them about the water spots even though I clearly did in text message. After sending screenshot proof of that they offered a partial refund which they haven't delivered so after waiting a full business week I had to dispute the charge. They also used a chemical that left a thick coat of oily residue on everything black so now I have to pay someone else to undo what they did. I wouldn't let someone pay me to do what they did to my car much less pay someone.Services: Clay bar treatment
