Amazing customer service !! i went in to get my front camera fixed i previously visited a different store and had a terrible experience was told i needed a new phone but i came across rowan cellular repair which was my best decision he fixed my front camera and left it like new such a kind and honest guy.

Went in today to get a new battery for my iPhone 12 because it was severely depleted. Cody did a fantastic job. Him and Gary were amazing and have such great customer service will definitely be back if I ever need my phone repaired for anything else and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to come down to Rowen cellular repair.

I went in today because my phone stop working like 2 weeks ago he looked at it and told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my phone and that it was just lent in the charger port causing my phone not to charge he cleaned out my charger port and didn’t charge me anything if I had took my phone some where else they would have charged me and have me thinking they really fixed my phone he also had great customer service skills I would recommend again and again

Please don’t come here if you’re wanting to do repairs on your gaming consoles, I came to rowan cellular repair a few weeks ago I wanted to add an accessory and fix a problem with the PlayStation 5 remote controllers, where it would make them slightly better gaming wise, I came in and asked if they could do it and he told me he could do it and I thought he would do it but turns out he wasn’t the one doing it he sent it to one of his “contacts” up in Durham it took a few weeks to get any updates on it I brung it in around April 12-17 somewhere around there and took almost a month to get it returned and when I got it returned, the owner told me the accessories I bought for the remote weren’t compatible for the controller and the issue I had wit he the other controller wasn’t even fixed but he had told me it was fixed so I took his word for it and I asked the owner what I would need to buy for the accessories to make the remote better he told me he would ask the guy and mind you while all this was happening all through messages sometimes he wouldn’t answer because where he had shop number on was a work phone but he wouldn’t always answer the phone understandably but he wouldn’t answer to a point where I would need to show up in person to ask him personally each time I would show up, and if you didn’t tell him your problem he wouldn’t talk to you until you talked to him, I didn’t really feel it was a problem until it started happening more regularly on the phone until when I came in once I got my controllers returned when I got them returned, he told me the controller didn’t have their accessories placed and the other one was supposedly fixed so I paid him went home to try them out the first controller I wanted fix was a white one and the problem was it had stick drift where the analog stick would have a problem moving or looking on the game you would play with, where if you looked some place it would look in another. And the other controller didn’t have its accessories placed which when I was going to use that one to play meanwhile I waited for the correct accessory I needed, when I went to use the remote controller it wasn’t turning on I asked him through text if he had knew this had happened, he told me he didn’t know about the problem so he told me to bring it in so he could fix both controllers after that I texted him when I could bring it in and he never answered me up until the recent date he still hasn’t answered me, turns out the first controller didn’t have the power cable plugged in right after his “contact” opened it up and didn’t put everything back in order he didn’t even return a few screws on the other controller matter of fact on both of the controllers have a few screws missing so I just ordered my own items I needed to repair it. I ordered it placed it’s little things it needed fixed it up but can’t fix the other controller due to other issues and things I need I’m not to specialized in, moral of story don’t come here either do it yourself or go somewhere else also don’t pay him until he has showed you what you need fixed up and running.

I stopped in Rowan Cellular Repair yesterday without much hope for my phone being repaired. Cody not only repaired it, he cleaned it and made it look like a new phone. I was very satisfied with his work and Customer Service. He is very knowledgeable about all brands of phones. He has the best pricing structure I have ever seen. I recommend Rowan Cellular Repair for all of your cell phone needs.

My husband and I came in with a phone that didn't charge. We thought it was a faulty port, turns out it just had a lint build up. He didn't even charge us! Exceptional customer service!!! Come here for assistance!!!

I thought my s10 would need to be replaced or the charging port repaired. They cleaned out the inside of my charging port and now it works perfect! Thanks again guys for saving me money and taking care of me immediately.

He is absolutely the best soul!!! He has helped us out many times. So honest and humble. Can't believe what the phone companies do to rip off people. We went to him before covid and were scared he was out ofit bc it's his singular business. Prob going there tomorrow bc this new update from Aople funked us up.

Had my Apple Watch screen replaced which was a good experience with decent timing and friendly service. I have returned it to them as the screen began to be faulty shortly after I began using it again… 2 weeks have gone by and I had to call them and they haven’t started it… I know he’s very busy but it seems like warranty work is not a high priority, we’ll see how long it takes to get my watch back.
