Great place to go for regular fastener. No Automotive grade fasteners sold here. Drillco drillbits and some abrasive items. Always seems like no one is here until you go in. It's always nice to support a local company and not a big box store.

The guy running the cash register, didn't comprehend how I was instructing him to cut the hose on day one so he didn't cut it at all. I returned it on day 2 to be cut per my request on day 1 and he did it wrong. He then became unprofessional, rude and confrontational when I told him the error. He even charged me to cut the hoses even though it was his error. Bad service and I wish I wouldn't had never gone there.

Great local business to work with to get our fasteners, only reason they get short with people is if you do things their signs say NOT to do. (all people have to do is READ)i.e. Bring in a fastner that you can't identify or tell them what size the threads are (as the sign says), or bring in automotive fasteners (which their signs say they don't carry)It's simple, compile a list of EXACTLY what you need, ( i.e. 3/8-16 x 2" socket head cap screw, quantity of 20), and they'll be more than willing to serve you.As the sign says "if you don't know what you want, we don't know what you want"
