So Disappointed in the service! Obnoxious girl didn't have time to be bothered with a simple print job, said "they don't do that anymore" Even though the web site says small jobs ok as well as legal jobs. What was my small job? 2 copies of a legal doc. that was on pdf. It was simple & would not have taken 5 mins. Was in from out of town & needed this doc for a family members signature. Wanted to do business with a small local shop & would have paid a premium but Ended up at Staples with no issue. Places like this are why mom & pop business is dying a not so slow death to the big box stores!

I needed a simple printing job done and called a week before the date I needed the job completed. It took six days to get the proof which was the day before I needed the job done. I was told payment would not be an issue and it could be set up on bill pay.i received final proof the day I needed the print job done and then when I went to pick up was told payment would have to beade before the print could be picked up. Completely unprofessional and horrible customer service this was the simplest of jobs that tooksix days to complete. Completely unacceptable!

For some reason they couldnt give me a price for a print when I went in person, so I sent them an email for a quote like the woman told me to, and I never got a response... Not very professional.
