“Bought a small wood stove and it was damaged in shipping. Called the store and spoke with Anna. She’s great. She ordered us a new one and they refunded shipping. Eric was awesome too. He always is when I go in. If you need anything these are the two to talk to. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Raises are in order for Anna and Eric.”

“If I could give 100+ stars I would! I had the best and most welcoming experience yesterday morning at this location. Ryan was so helpful, super friendly, and informative with all the things that I needed to buy for my sons new kitten. This is our first pet that we have ever had so I wanted to make sure I didn't leave the store without having everything she needed at home. Ryan is awesome and I appreciate him for being so nice and willing to help us. He walked around with us and showed us around while we shopped. He took his time and gave me great advice for the things to do with home care for cats as well. The lady who checked us out was awesome and nice as well. I am not sure what her name was, but this will be the location I go to for our kitty's needs!”
“1st visit with my shitzu who can be very fierce sometimes as she’s always nervous and afraid. But they got her groomed pretty well and staff is very sweet. Will go again.”
