I highly discourage anyone from enrolling their children here. My child was enrolled for one month and then kicked out, and not for the reasons of being hazardous to other kids or hitting or bullying. He was kicked out because he was "too affectionate and needy, and we cannot provide that kind of attention to him because we have other kids to watch. He is up the teacher's bush all day long and she said she has to start her nerve medication again". Verbatim what I was told. Highly unprofessional. Especially because I would stop in at lunch everyday and stay for 15 minutes when I picked him up everyday. I would ask how he was doing and they assured me everything was great, that he was playing, and that "they didn’t hear him cry at all today". Then one day I receive a phone call and I am blindsided. So after 1 month and updates twice a day, everyday, now there is a problem? They are ill equipped to run a daycare because they do not know how to interact with children or deal with separation anxiety. The direct purpose of a child care facility is to supervise, nurture, and care for children before the child enters kindergarten. Their values should include honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring. Evidently this place lacks some critical virtues. These preliminary years are what mold your child and help shape them to interact with the world around them. I'm better off without him there so that he doesn't develop issues with rejection and other insecurities later. Evidently children that are parented correctly to be loving and affectionate are reprimanded and dismissed; however, those that are parented to bite and be aggressive are allowed to stay. Brilliant. Keep up the good work.

My child has been going their since she was 4 months old and she is now 2. I have never had a problem out of any of the teachers. It's a very clean and well organized place. I would recommend this place to everyone!

let's speak honestly for a minute. my daughter started attending noahs playloft preschool at just over a year old. this was the beginning of November in 2012. she is now going to be 4 in a month. I also have a son that is 18 months and started going there at the age of 6 weeks. my kids absolutely love it there and I would never consider taking them anywhere else. they come home happy everyday. I have never had an issue that was not resolved right away and with the up most respect from everyone. I highly recommend this preschool to anyone in the area. I have friends who are also parents of children that attend there and they love it as well.

I've been working for Robin at Noah's for almost fifteen years. It's a wonderful family friendly center. The teachers are dedicated, respectful and great with the children. I highly recommend this center if you want a safe and loving environment for your child.

At first, this day care was wonderful and even though we had issues, most of the teachers were/are great! Although some employee(s) whom I never met personally, only in passing and overhearing her screaming and bullying kids(others heard it too), harassed and called me names me at all hours of the night through social media because of my review on their page and what the owner had told her about my personal business. I am starting to believe the owner may treat employees and their kids better than everyone else because I know I would not work for a boss that trash talked me and my family. I am not sure if that is the case or not, just something we are beginning to see since the harassment started. I will stand by what I say so others can be aware of situations before making a decision. Everyone has a right to know where they send their child and what kind of person is you are trusting your child with. I do not understand how someone can run a business with such a poor, negative, rude, and hateful attitude. I was warned by some when I came here that if you have an opinion to keep it to yourself otherwise the owner will put you on blast and tell everyone your business. I took it with a grain of salt and said, oh itll be okay....Boy did I find her statement to be true!! She will break all the rules of privacy to share your business with the world. Refuses to use her office for what it should be. Lies multiple times to customers and teachers. Will not take action if there is an issue with your child or their safety, that happened twice!!! Cusses at you in person and on the phone, which others have said that's just her personality which is very sad. Will say one thing, do another, and then come back with a totally different story in the same conversation. You can not trust her. It was sad that we left all because she had to throw herself a tantrum and lie to us for two weeks straight then charge you extra because of her lies. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!! Employees will state a fee is a certain amount, parent handbook will state its that same amount but the "owner" creates her own amount and is very shady about it. It is sad there are such hateful people in the world that we are supposed to be able to trust our children with. NEVER again will I recommend this "business" to ANYONE!

I'm not sure exactly how a facility obtains a 5-star rating in North Carolina, but with this child care provider?! I definitely question the accuracy of it! The facility is small and fairly unkempt. Most of the staff is not friendly nor are they very professional (director Robin and "front desk girl" Christine especially). I do not believe that children are properly supervised or cared for and my child received SEVERAL unnaccounted for injuries (I made sure to contact Child Protective Services and provided photographs). I do not believe they have enough teachers, nor do I believe they are qualified professionals. I transferred facilities and I can now go to work with a peace of mind that my child is safe and enjoying her pre-school buddies. I will not state all negatives, however. Kay (who is long-time teacher in the infant room), is absolutely wonderful. I have made sure to warn all of my friends and family, and hopefully this review will warn many others as well!
