We were planning to stop at 4 stores to compare prices on mattresses for my daughter's new bunk bed. However, Ryan got us a great deal that I couldn't pass up. We didn't even try the other stores on our list. Service was quick and friendly, and he was kind to my kid, which means a lot.
They have a large selection of good brands as well, so next time we need a mattress, we'll stop at Mattress Warehouse first.

I had a wonderful experience at Mattress Warehouse yesterday. I was in a hurry to get a box spring and Ryan went above and beyond to offer me exactly what I needed, gave me a great deal, and did everything as fast as he could because he understood that I was in a hurry. This boy deserves a raise! Thank you Mattress Warehouse for caring so much for your customers and for the great products with the best deals we can find!

I did leave a good review at first but this place is ridiculous, I had good service when I went into get a mattress and pillow. After they received my money the service was terrible, I waited for a pillow for 4 weeks and when I asked for a refund because I didn’t want to wait any longer knowing I could get the pillow somewhere else quicker, Ryan gave me an attitude and stated he would have to get the manager to give me my refund. That’s was fine, but when I received my refund I was missing about 200 and I called Ryan to ask why? Because I never received my mattress or pillow. He stated I was probably charged for a mattress cover which I shouldn’t have been charged for because like I said I never received anything! So I asked for the managers number because Ryan was no help, I’ve called the manager of the store and left messages and still no response. This is the worst service I have ever received anywhere. And I’m still waiting for someone to help me get my full refund and it has been about a month now!

I'll be recommending this place to my friends and family. My wife and I walked out knowing we purchased exactly what we needed and wanted, whereas everywhere else could only get us in the ball park. Not only that, because Ryan was so knowledgeable we spent about half what the other places charged us.
5 stars for sure, because more stars aren't available. If you get there on a day where Ryan is holding the fort be prepared to laugh and walk out with a smile on your face.
