Wish I didn’t have to even leave one star. Went to return an item I had received as a gift with no receipt that was purchased in another state and was told that I had to ship it back to the party who bought it or have them mail the card they used so I could return it. Terrible customer service.
This item didn’t power on brand new out of the box.

Nobody Knows Anything / Anymore.. If You were to Find an Employee (in Their Dept.), They 'usually' Have 'Less Than Zero' knowledge about the Products & Procedures They're Selling Than The Numerous 'Other - Customers (Who've Obviously Done More Product-Research than The Employees!!..
To Be Fair.. Occasionally, You will encounter 'a knowledgeable employee'..
(You can Tell - Because They'll be tryimg to amswer multiple questions from multiple customers!)

Don’t use Lowe’s if you are wanting new doors. I had to take off work four different times to deal with them, both doors sent the first time were the wrong size, communication was a joke with letting me know what was going on. Getting two doors installed took 4 months! You’re better off to go to someone who knows what they are doing because obviously Lowe’s has problems.

I just paid for 4 blades, and a couple tools. The lady was watching me pay. I paid with a $100 dollar bill. She still came over as I printed my receipt, made me pull out the stuff in my bag and show her. I am a business owner 3 x over. I don't need to steal nothing. I know it's not Lowe's but the employee. She made me feel some kind of way.

Plumbing isle is a mess. Different fittings in the wrong boxes. Empty boxes that need to be re-stocked. No one in sight to help. Had someone call for help and they never show up. Waste of time.

Prices raised don’t commensurate with service. I should have just went somewhere else. I spend tens of thousands every year here and this morning had to load 840 lbs of pavers onto the truck by myself while 6 different employees walked right by.
