by far the most knowledgeable, professional, and best employees in customer service. i will recommend tool rental to anyone that needs a piece of equipment for a limited time or don’t have that extra cash to purchase one of their own.

My pressure washer broke the day I needed to use it. I went to the Salisbury Lowe's to price a replacement and as I was walking in I remembered the rental department. So I went in to the remtal area and asked about pressure washers. The associate there, Bree, was very helpful and she showed me good gas power washer that met my needs and set me up for a 4-Hour rental. This was my first rental from Lowe's so she walked me through the entire process and made sure I had all the necessary accessories. Another associate Mike even helped me carry the pressure washer and accessories to my car. The pressure washer was excellent and worked perfectly during my 4-Hour rental. Returning the equipment to Lowe's was a very quick and easy process. Rilee was also very helpful and showed me a bunch of other tools I will be needing to rent in the future. Needless to say, I will definitely return to the Salisbury Lowe's Rental department. Great variety of tools, fair prices, and excellent customer service!!!!

Lousy return policy forces you to spend more money there. Staff worries more about theft, than actually helping you look for what you need. The employees know nothing about what they are selling. Electrical isle was a hodgepodge of junk that doesn't even work together, so whoever is doing the ordering is obviously incompetent as well. Lowe's used to be a great place, now it seems they are worried more about the almighty dollar than customer satisfaction. Shame on them.

Looking for options for Trex or composite decking boards. The entire aisle was in shambles with way less than half of the items labeled or priced. The display board was so high we couldn't tell what was what. Guess I'll be going to either HD or maybe a locally owned building supply. This store has so many issues I probably will not go back.

My clothes dryer was supposed to be installed today Nov 14 between the hours of 12:;00 and 4:00 Pm. It is not 4:25 and I've heard nothing from the store or the delivery service. When I call the store I get absolutely no help. This place sucks!!!!

I was in store to return a $77 item this week. I had paid with a card. It was within the return date, that was ok. The lady only would put the $77 minus $25 back to my card. Asked why she said she was forced to do that by Lowes policy. BAD POLICY. HATEFUL ! You are forcing me to go back to lowes and shop with MY MONEY. Shouldn't the be 100% the customer choice? You basically commandeered my $25 until YOU want me to return. This is awful policy and needs to change.

Why out of all the able bodied young men and women working did the customer service ladies send a pregnant girl to load my concrete for me? They knew she was pregnant bc they hesitated to send her - one asked the other one “can we still send her for that?” I thought nothing of it at the time until another customer In the pro line picking up saw the girl carrying the concrete to my car and called out to her and told her to stop lifting that at which point I realized she is pregnant and I also told her to stop - I finished loading to keep the girl from doing it. Came home and told my husband I ended up doing most of the loading and to not send me to pick up again and told him why and he is as disgusted as I am and as the other customers who witnessed this. Do you know how awful that reflects on your customer service staff and on your store in general? Please speak with your staff about selecting proper staff to load heavy products - even if the girl is not on a weight restriction from her doctor yet it still makes no sense to send her when you have any number of others who aren’t risking a miscarriage to load concrete - this should be common sense.

Although our first set didn't work we went back to get a different one and once again AWESOME! Mike, Linda, Matt and Brett were all extremely helpful. They definitely deserve more than 5 stars.

Some of the worst retail experience I've received in awhile! Old guy with black rimmed glasses in the back in windows and doors acted like I was the bain of his existence and I was nothing but friendly and professional. Finally took the door I was looking for a price on up front after about 20 minutes and walking around the store looking for help. He ended up showing up, up front at checkout after waiting for forever for them to figure out a price. Was super curt and impatient with me and visibly super frustrated and upset. I understand a bad day but this was terrible.

This Lowes is terrible. My wife and I are renovating a house so I'm in Lowes almost daily and I swear I got to this one look for whatever it is that I need, the app shows 100 in stock and they have 0. Then when you ask for help you end up talking to 6 people that have no clue what or where anything is. Save yourself time and go to Kannapolis or even Winston, because you will end up there anyway.

The home improvement services at this Lowes store are terrible. They do it irresponsibly. I contacted to build a fence for my house, they charged a very high price and broke my house's internet cable system. and no one took responsibility, they just said they didn't know what to do and kept quiet

Without any competition (i.e. Home Depot), this particular Lowes is allowed to run amuck. In all the Lowes I have visited across the Country, this location is one of the worst. Staff is rude and often times unknowledgeable, aisles are in constant disarray, poor selection of items in-stock, store is often filthy, when I have called I have been treated very unprofessional (like I'm bothering the person on the phone). It's unfortunate because Lowes had always been the more professional of the two major franchises - at least in my experiences over the years. As a result, for the last few weeks I have been driving well out of my way - 45 miles to Statesville and 30 miles to Kannapolis to shop at Home Depot instead of dealing with Lowes, the ONLY option in Salisbury. Competition drives improvement and customer satisfaction; without that, businesses can and will get sloppy as exemplified by the Salisbury, NC Lowes. This location will no longer receive my hard-earned money, nor will I be made to feel like a burden.

Came to the curbside to pick up an order and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Ended up coming inside and it still took forever. Nice lady at the counter but seriously understaffed. Need a different/more attentive manger. This location isn't hitting on much....

I went to Salisbury Lowe's to buy a piece of plexiglass. Standing by the sign that said "We cut glass and acrylic, their clerk said, you have to use a saw for that, and we can't cut it. Making it to my car moments before closing time I realized it wasn't going to fit. Returning to the door I said it won't fit in my car, I either need a refund, or to buy a saw. The red headed manager said we are closed. I repeated my dilemma and she said all the registers are closed as I watched them ringing up the stragglers and close the door in my face. I have both business and personal accounts and spend in excess of 40k on an average year. This may make me reconsider my loyalty to a business that says FU so callously.
