I order flooring and the order was delayed. Unfortunately I was having knee surgery the day before the new delivery date. The manager actually brought the flooring to my house and carried it in for me. Can't ask for much more than that. Thanks

We had a great experience with LL Flooring. We never felt forced to buy anything and felt like we could look around and not be bothered but also able to ask any questions that we had. When we were ready to buy our floors and carpet Tim took great care of us. He helped me through the whole process and reached out to us when needed. We are very happy with our floors and would recommend using LL flooring to friends and family.

Staff was helpful but deceptive. Product warranty after defective was proven yielded only a 5 percent reimbursement. 200 vs several thousand spent.

The staff is amazing here. They go above and beyond to help. I ordered flooring for an upcoming remodel and they worked with me so I could pick up at a convenient time for my busy schedule.

Would not honor price that the inside sales rep quoted and sent to me. I needed the flooring and ended up paying almost $100 more than what my quote was.

They great help in helping us find the flooring that was right for our house and needs with 2 dogs. This is the second time we have purchased from them. They have wonderful quality products with good prices compared to other flooring stores. That’s why we went back a second time.

I literally arrived 30 mins before closing and they accommodated me and I purchased the flooring I needed that same day and took some home that day because of the weight I needed to return the next day.

Stephanie was wonderful. The product exceeded expectations and we were able to add baseboards to our order without any issues. We will always consider LL moving forward, a lot to do with the service.

We had to replace our home's flooring. We drove to Salisbury from Kannapolis and with their help found a beautiful floor in no time. They didn't have any locally so it came from Augusta, Ga. I'm just TWO days!!! Totally stress free experience.

Great selections, but staff not that helpful. We wanted information and had every intention of buying, but once we hesitated they changed and acted like we were wasting their time. We needed guidance and found it elsewhere.
