I have never had a bad experience there , they are poorly staffed and that is not their blame.
If I can make their day better by appreciation of what they do for pts that’s what I do

GO TO QUEST - or anywhere but here!
To be fair I had a great experience with the office and technicians… delightful!
However… don’t expect to be able to get your results in a timely manner. It has been a week and NOTHING! That is not normal. Even worse is when I contacted support via email - seemed to be the only option, I got a response that said if I wanted the preliminary results she could email them to me… I emailed back yes and I have heard nothing since for over two days. Thank god these results are not life and death, but it should never take this long. Horrible customer experience GO TO QUEST!

This recent visit, my stick was unusually painful. Photo is from 72 hours ago. Anyone in the medical field who has seen my veins compliments me so I’m not sure what went wrong.
I just go in every year for a biometric screening for my employee health insurance. I use the self check-in kiosk and I’m out within 10-15 minutes. Can’t complain about that.
Must be a high turnover rate though, because I’ve never seen the same tech twice. Employees seem to always be disgruntled and in a hurry.

As a health care professional no matter what kind of day you’re having, you cannot act like the lady at the front desk acted toward me and my grandmother. She was extremely rude. She called me up and said “paperwork.” and then got irritated that I didn’t scan it at the kiosk (which I never saw a place to scan it). Her whole demeanor was just very unprofessional.

My bloodwork order from my doctor was faxed over and when I arrived on time to my appointment they asked me for my paperwork again. I said that it was faxed, to which she said, “oh I know”. Then they proceed to complain about the amount of bloodwork ordered. This is the second time this has happened. I go here because my specialist doctor is an hour away. I don’t think the attitude is necessary when you are supposed to just be doing your job.

Went in to get a drug screen at the Salisbury, NC location well before 4pm, at 2pm, and after sitting in the lobby for 30min after my check-in, was informed that the phlebotomist had left early for the day. thanks for wasting my time and money, labcorp.

I had to get blood drawn I’m a pretty hard stick most times and I usually go home with my arms red and blue because of how many times someone has tried to draw my blood. Today Ms. Lauren stuck me ONE TIME and it was great it didn’t hurt I wasn’t uncomfortable it was quick and easy I appreciate her for that. I’ll ask to go here every time I have to get blood work done from now on!

Went in for a drug screening, was able to snag an earlier appointment and was in and out in a timely fashion! The staff was very helpful and kind to me.

LabCorp could do without the 2 sticker's on the floor. Stand here. Replace the tables with more seating/chair's. I had to stand up after I checked in. The four seats were taken. And the check in I have to resave my new address every time I come in. It refuses to save it and goes by what's on my I D every time. Need more chair's, thank you. Also a stand here sticker on the floor, first room on right.
