I rarely shop at Kohl's. However I needed dress pants for a photo shoot. While in the store, I signed up for the rewards program because I could save an extra 15%. The website showed a coupon that could be used in store or online. When I went to checkout, the associate (I believe her name is Brenda) didn't even attempt to use my coupon, she said that if it's not Kohl's cash then she can't use it. What was the point of even signing up for the program if I can't use the coupons in store? I probably will not return to shop at Kohl's. Very disappointed.

Super disappointed in my experience here today. Had to wait extra long in line due to cashier talking with two young men. Most of the time she was just standing there making conversation with them, pretty sure they knew each other. She wasn't scanning items, bagging or anything a majority of the time. She even looked back at the line after I said this is ridiculous, but it didn't change anything. She was also playing on her phone when I first arrived. Luckily another cashier logged in when she noticed. The two young men had about 4 items total and me and the lady in front of me had easily 12 plus and still got done at the same time even after all that waiting. I guess good help is hard to find.

Came and bought some skechers sandals, I really loved them but unfortunately had to return them as they didn't fit as comfortable as I'd prefer because they didn't have them in half nor wide sizes, the staff were kind to let me exchange them and then ultimately allowing me to refund them without a receipt I lost but were able to lookup the item with my phone number and credit card info. Glad they didn't make it a big issue.

I was disappointed with my last visit to Kohl's. The cashier made a mistake and charged us twice for our purchase. I asked her to cancel one of the charges and she called the manager Tony. He couldn't cancel it and told us to contact our bank. Poor customer service and training.
