I can't say enough about Kim's! I'm not a long time mani/pedi person. Actually, very rarely, but I popped into Kim's a few months ago and they took me right away, no appointment. They'll fit you in too even if you have to wait sometimes... The woman who has done me a few times has shaped my nails and they actually are stronger and less brittle than before I got manicures. I am so pleased. My nails have NEVER looked better! Real nails too, no gel or acrylic. Treat yourself to the deluxe pedicure. They use hot stones and scented salt scrubs, feels amazing! Thank you Mrs. Kim!

Amazing service and nice people. Me and my mom go to spill ourselves with a pedicure and it's totally worth every penny spent. I always feel better when I leave.

I walked in for the first time, I was a referral. I was told immediately that they book by appointment only. I asked to make an appointment, I was told to call. I left and went to Avalon nails, which had a higher review. They have my business now

My wife was in a doctors appointment that went over and into the scheduled appointment at Kim’s.Apparently Kim tried to call while my wife was still in her appointment. Once we were out, we called Kim’s back and we’re greeted with—“Why didn’t you answer my call the first time?”After explaining the situation and asking to reschedule, we were rudely told “not to call back.”If you are looking for an experience where your nail techs are entitled and prideful, Kim’s is for you! If you are looking for a place that does not value their customers, Kim’s is for you!Never in my life have a written a poor review for anyone regardless of experience, but this is a new level of disrespectful.My final words for the tone-deaf employees at Kim’s is to learn to be more sensitive and respect situations that people cannot control. The world doesn’t revolve around your tiny business.There is a reason you were our last choice in the first place.

I definitely recommend this place. A lot of times people assume others are being rude when it's busy, but they just want to service you and make sure you leave happy. The owner Kim, did my walk in full set SNS. She was super quick and efficient.
