Had been looking for a white gold rope chain for my middle son for his birthday. I found one online at Kay Jewelers so I ordered it and scheduled it for in-store pickup. The pickup day was Valentine Day so upon entering the store I noticed that it was beautifully decorated with pink and red heart decor nothing to grand but still enough to enjoy. The sales team greeted me with what sounded to be in unison a hearty hello and welcome to Kay's. To which I responded almost laughing "Hi." As I made my way to one of the jewelry counters a very nice sales lady who's name I failed to get assisted me. She was friendly, quick, and knew how to do her job. She asked how she could assist me so I told her that I was there for an online order in-store pickup. She then asked for my ID and used a hand held device to look up my order once she was able to confirm that I indeed had an order she handed me my ID back and informed me that she would be right back. Well she then went to retrieve my purchase and in a few seconds or so she was back. She opened the box to show me my purchase to make sure I was receiving the correct item and that I still wanted it. Once I confirmed that it was in fact the correct item and that I did want it she placed the item back in the box and went to retrieve a bag for my purchase. She placed my purchase in the bag and also added a piece of red tissue paper which I'm sure they were doing with all purchases that day as it was Valentine Day. But I still thought it was a nice touch. She then handed me my purchased item with a cheerful "can I help you with anything else today?" to which I responded "no thank you this is all" she wished me a good day, thanked me for my business, and invited me back. When I got home I wanted to see what the necklace would look like with the pendant I purchased from Amazon so I added the pendant to the chain put it on and had hubby snap a pic. I think it looks nice.

My husband bought me a bracelet and earrings for Christmas. Over $1,300. When I took the bracelet out of the box the clasp was broken. I took it to the store to exchange it for a new unbroken one. Tammy said I could purchase a warranty and send it off to be fixed. I told her I didn't want to purchase anything I just wanted a bracelet that didn't come already broken. She went outside and called the person that sold it to my husband. She then gave me the customer service number to call and said they don't return broken jewelry. I said but you sell broken jewelry? I call customer service and she was very kind and apologized for the defective bracelet. She then said she would send it off to be fixed, exchange or refund the money. I opted to exchange for an unbroken one that they had in the store. Tammy was very rude and unhelpful. She was also rude to the customer service person that I talked to using my phone. She then exchanged the bracelet and asked if I wanted anything else. I told her yes I would like to pay off the card some of the purchase was made with. Soshe did that transaction and asked if I wanted anything else. Nope I'm done. Thanks. Poor Manners makes you and ugly person.

My fiancée proposed and I had to send my ring off to get sized, when I got it back it had scratches on the band so I had to send it back. I ended up having to send it back 2 more times because each time they got it back it was missing a diamond. At this point I’d been engaged about a month and I hadn’t even gotten to wear my ring, I was very upset. So I went in and Kanesha Floyd helped me, she sent out a brand new ring to be sized and put a rush on it and was so sweet the whole time. I couldn’t recommend her more. While the whole ordeal was upsetting, the customer service to fix the issue was absolutely amazing.

Very very Dissatisfied!I got engaged September 3rd. Took my ring in to be re sized on the 4th. They said i should have it back by the 21st. We didn’t get an email so my fiancé called and they said it would be a few more days. We called the 24th and they said it will be a few more days. September 28th we get an email saying its ready. My Fiancé goes to pick it up and a diamond was missing from the ring. The diamond was in the bag but now it has to be sent back. My fiancé told them how upset we were with the service an. can get that ring back in two days and lady told him that would be a problem. She said it will probably be another week. This is ridiculous. They have now had my ring a lot longer than i have. I will not recommend them to anyone!Update they have had my ring for a month and 2 days with no email. The design center said they should have it Thursday October 6,2022.

I brought several pieces of jewelry in for inspection like I routinely do but this time, I was rudely told that I would need an appointment. One of the pieces was missing a diamond so she sent it off for repair but never recorded the inspections. I was charged $256.80 for the repair although ALL of my jewelry was inspected in February but not all were recorded because they failed to do their job properly. They are rude and argue with customers and don’t care that we are long time customers of Kay’s.
