I have been going since they opened and have been very pleased. I've had a glitch happen, but it was fixed. Yes, depending how dirty your car is, it might not get everything the first go, so just go again, that's the beauty of unlimited.
Also JJ is awesome, always super nice, helpful, and generally pleasant no matter how hot it is, which I know must be hard.

Well my bumper was about ripped off, and I was told to cancel my services I needed to file an incident report. A month goes by and I call them to see what's going on with it.... they tell me the manager never submitted it and apologized. Then they ask me to get a copy of the incident report.... how about NO, YOU DO YOUR JOB AND YOU REPRIMAND THE MANAGER FOR NOT DOING THEIRS. I then gave them all the information they needed, and 4 months later I have still not heard anything back.
