I walked in the door (which had a bell). I was looked at by employees (I counted 5 in the salon) but not one greeted me or said we'll be with you in a minute. I sit in the waiting area for about 8 minutes. Another customer came in and sit down. Finally an employee came over and said are either of you "Julie"? The other lady got up and went with her. Still no one has even acknowledged that I was there!. A little later another lady came and helped me. Ignoring anyone in your place of business is disrespectful and shows no motivation to get and retain clients. Also it shows no manners. This experience just makes me wonder WHY would any business owner tolerate this. I guess they have all the business they need there. The lady who helped me was very nice and she was not one of the original 5 employees. I will not darken their door again.

Brandy has been cutting my hair for a year now and I have zero complaints! She's friendly, talented, and I always get a cut that I love. Super affordable, too! The salon is always nice and clean and they have pretty jewelry and accessories.
