Treated my 10-year-old granddaughter to an afternoon at Greystone for her birthday and they couldn’t have made her happier. Manicure, pedicure, and a new hair cut and she was over the moon. They were so kind and patient, especially considering I screwed up the appointment time. She loved her hair and nails and every minute of it! Will definitely go again.

Went in for a cut. I never have been there for a cut, just massages and pedicure. I had pictures and everything. I know cuts don't always turn out exactly like the photos depending on your hair but what I ended up with was a very short and chopped up pixie with no style. I cannot do ANYTHING with this mess! I really think the girl had not much experience. Worse haircut (I feel scalped) I've ever had. I'm just going to ride it out and hope my hair grows back quickly. Very, very sad and disappointed . It's so bad that I was not willing to post a picture

I must be honest, I wanted to surprise my wife so I took her to this wonderful place for a deep massage, we had to wait longer than expected to be attended to but nothing prevents the professionalism, good service and my good opinion about this place, my wife She felt better than ever and that made me happy ?, I will take her every month ?

I called and got a manicure at the downtown location at what I would consider the 'last minute'. It was the Wednesday before we went to the beach on Saturday. I ended up running about 10 minutes late due to traffic. They said no problem.I usually keep my toes polished and get pedicures at least every 3-6 months.The associate who assisted me was so kind and also helped wax my eyebrows at the very end. If I wouldn't have had someone as kind as she was, there wouldn't have been the stars awarded that I did. As she was such a sweet girl, I feel bad about leaving a bad or less than great review.However, my husband never comments on my pedicures, after dinner he asked me about the crack and break in my big toe. The next day, he said that for the price They should be gold-dipped.Over the course of the week, my polish proceeded to come off 4 more toes.After the first night and the crack, I had ordered the same polish for touch ups. It didn't arrive in time for me to use, sadly.But by the end of my weekly beach trip (1 half day on beach, 1 half day at pool), 2 complete tires no polish 2 with almost no polish and cracks.I was disappointed that it didn't hold up, didn't feel like a quality pedicure. I am not sure if it didn't cure or dry good or if it is the top coat that was used?

came in from out of town to get a pedicure, i only go go high-end salons and spas and i thought this place looked great but i ended up with a terrible foot fungus. now i have to spend hundreds of dollars to get my toenail lasered to get it fixed. hopefully it will look decent before my daughters wedding. this place is just a no go. will never be back here when im in town.

such a amazing atmosphere!! i had a amazing deep tissue massage it was so wonderful, then Alexis gave me the MOST INCREDIBLE facial experience i’ve ever had definitely would recommend this place!!!! :)))))

Kaleigh and Hailie are both very fun and friendly! Miranda from the desk was also very accommodating when I had issues with scheduling. Kaleigh did an amazing job with the viking braids I requested, and Hailie was very gentle and meticulous with my make-up. Overall, I've never had a bad experience at either of the spa locations, but these ladies over at Klumac knocked it out of the park! I cannot wait for them to do my wedding.

Jennifer did my gel mani and essential pedi and she was absolutely wonderful. Her personality was so sweet and she picked out a beautiful fall combo for my indecisive self! She took her time and made sure that everything was absolutely perfect.Alexis did my first ever signature facial. She thoroughly explained every step of the process and made me feel so relaxed and informed. She’s also amazingly sweet! After my facial she took time to help me pick out some products to use at Home since I wasn’t currently doing any kind of skincare routine. After using the products for the last 3 days diligently, and having an amazing facial, my skin looks and feels so much better. I can’t wait to bc see how it looks in a few weeks! I also am starting their monthly facial program where you get a $20 discount on every facial as long as you book within 4-6 weeks!!Needless to say I will be returning. Everything was super clean and the staff was informative, kind, and very professional. I’ve never had such a luxury experience at such an affordable price. Skip the usual nail bars and spas and make a trip here. It’s definitely worth it!!Services: Manicure
