Came in for a tire check, Winter and her crew checked over the vehicle and found the issue and offered free advice on fixing the issue when I’m ready, couldn’t ask for better service, no $ exchanged hands

Brought my Chrysler 300 in for an oil change. The Service Technician was very courteous. He got my car in right away and offered me a car wash. I informed him that my windshield washer was malfunctioning. He gave me some possibilities what the problem might be and offered to schedule me an appointment to address the problem.
I was very pleased with my visit and will continue to use Randy Marion in Salisbury although I live in Charlotte. This was my second visit to this dealership.
