Ok 7 am in line get there 8:20 appointment 8:30 head to a door 11 am still waiting I am certain I won't make my pick up for food lion in Detroit Michigan so kiss that bye. Pretty much worst place I have ever been. I will refuse any load coming here. Just my two cents. Rough place rude abounds.

I gave 1 star because if you don't, it won't let you give a review. These people don't give two $hit$ as to how long they tie a truck or driver up. NO PARKING, you have to pay an out ragious unloading fee, no vending machines, nasty, stinky Porta potty for the drivers, and you get to sit in the dock for over 8 hours getting unloaded. I had 900 boxes of frozen food and 2 different items! And they still charged me $410 lumper fee, and thus far, I've been IN THE DOCK for 8 hrs 40 minutes, and I'm not unloaded yet. The government wants to stick their noses into all other aspects of trucking, how about they stick their noses into these warehouses that want to tie us up for hours on in charge you ridiculous unloading fees to unload THEIR product and not have to pay us anything for detention time. If we miss an appointment time, it's oh no, you're late. You'll need to reschedule and, in most cases, pay a fine for being late. Well, how about forcing these warehouses to have to forfeit the lumper fee and pay us $150 per hour for every hour after the first two hours it takes them to get us unloaded.

Man I don’t have to for reviews
Barely do them but this place deserves no stars and make sure you getting paid well if you have to take the load.
They will hold on to your bills after you’ve paid the lumper and been empty for hours and hours, basically for as long as they want

Garmin gps is not accurate, but close enough. I left a review in 2019 and the same problems then are still current. Check in is absolutely ridiculous.The facility is good but their operating procedures need improvement. Slow and bills took 2.5 hours after green light. Rude personel who must think that every receiver operates the same as they do. One of the worst in USA.

Believe the reviews guys. The only good thing is you don’t have to worry about finding parking after getting out of here, you’ll take a full 10 here. 0800 appt, arrived at 0550, took an hour to get checked in, went and took a nap, didn’t get a call for a door til 1000, it is currently 1400 and I am still locked to the dock.

Don’t waste your time here,they take whole day to unload.appointment 8:am checked in 6:45am and now 1:30 pm still on door whole day wasted but they don’t care about your time and money

Unload 6 pallets 10 hours.
Check-in 2 hours then 8 hours to unload.
They just don't appreciate the drivers who deliver to them.

JC on a motorbike.....don't come here obviously they don't need your products. If you decode to chance it, bring breakfast lunch dinner and snacks.....you will need them!!

Driver’s please I request you please don’t go there. I am here from yesterday, when I received load information they said we unload you one day earlier but now they refused to unload and said come tomorrow and they have too space for parking but they can’t allow you to park there overnight. Worst company.?
