This place is just a mess 6 hours to unload 5 pallets on top of that they left half a pallet in the floor. I had it to restock myself. Never again.

After reading the reviews and sitting here now going on 5 hours after my appointment I can see why you have such a poor rating. This has to get better. You are ruining schedules for those of us drivers that are on time to sit for hours and no updates or results. After speaking to someone face to face was told “ we are all trying to get home “ ? if that was the case why isn’t this moving faster. Do better Food Lion as this has been a terrible delivery experience.

Customer service is slipping away. Asked an associate a question and they ignored me. They only have self check out almost every time I go. I leave.

Typically my shopping experience ends with me being harassed by store employees because they had to come to work. Otherwise, sales are difficult to get. Store brands that would make a dollar store cringe

(11/25/2023) Benson Food Lion told my girlfriend and I she could not enter her EBT manually. The cashier and "manager" said the policy had changed 2 maybe 3 months before. She had just used it in that exact store a week before no problem and several other stores before that day. If the policy has changed on manually entering the card I think all stores should be the same and have the changes posted.

Lumper is High , service is trash , NO RESTROOMS!!! Spent the good part of 5 almost 6 hrs here to get unloaded. You can be on time for appointment , they don’t care they still have you sitting there like that’s the only place in the world you have to be ! Waste of time and what should have been maybe an hour turned to 6

Guard was very nice, the check in staff was very nice, and on top of that, HONEST. They told me up front it was going to be a long wait here. Appt was for 19:30. Arrived at 18:30 was put in a door at 19:00 but told by the staff, "it's going to be a while but we'll call you when we're done, most likely a little after midnight." They had me Done at 03:00. Didn't really appreciate the whole 8.5 hour unload time but I really did appreciate the way they told me and the honesty of the situation. They weren't rude about it and that is something I don't see often anywhere. Lunper fee was pretty high but I had a large load. They had 2 Port a potties for toilets and they don't allow overnight parking...

Take your time.When you get a capstone text to pay just wait 2hrs and a half to pay, because they are not done.You'll be waiting on the unloader....he will hold your bill till he does other trucks and his break and count and placement.And when you do pay, you get a survey text to your phone... Wait till you get the call an hour later that your paperwork is ready.The best way is to stay on the dock without paying..the broker is not involved yet...but the longer you tie up there docks with out paying immediately will eventually jam up the call center and the parking lot.4hrs later 952pm they just started.

I wish I didn’t have to even pick 1 star because Food Lion doesn’t even deserve that. Food Lion Corp bullies their disabled employees and takes their valued customers & employees for granted. Shame on you, Food Lion. Do better and give Bradley Vaughn his job back as our town of Floyd’s best cashier!

Reading the corporate reviews makes complete sense of why and how horrible this company is ran now!!!! You people cater to the rich demographics but can not keep simple items ie: frozen hashbrowns or French fries in stock in small poorer towns specifically BUTNER / CREEDMOOR!!! Sad thing is your distribution center is less than half a mile from this store. But you can surely go 15 miles to north Raleigh and find everything you could imagine. You people absolutely SUCK!!!!! Obviously MEG HAM doesn't know how to make nor run a company. DK BETTER!!!!
