I spent so much time talking to the automated operator about why I was calling and she couldn't get it right and this lasted for several minutes. So I just hung up. Now I'm going to a UPS store.

Stacie, David and Taylor always go above and beyond to help me. I am so impressed that they greet me by name every time I enter the store. The customer service at this FedEx store is excellent.

We have been using this location for more than 15 years. Don't know if same owners or management but always superior service. Always check with them first!

So I ordered a car part from Jegs and they told me fedex would be delivering it they told me that it would be delivered on Thursday and I was ordering it on Tuesday then on Wednesday I get an email from fedex tell me that they misplaced my part on the wrong truck and send it to Texas so now I have a 2 day delay. I must say this has become a common occurrence with fedex as their customer service and ability to deliver packages on time has become almost non existent. The sad part is you've only got 2 choices fedex or UPS UPS is OK fedex has just become horrible and it's really sad that a company of their size can give no better customer service and the real problem is that once they get your package you're just stuck you have no choice but to wait they hold you hostage until they decide to get your part to you. It almost makes you feel helpless. Fedex has become a lesser than company that I wish did not exist.

Stopped by this location today to return a AT&T device, I walk into the store and I say hi to the only person who's in the front, he doesn't respond. So I assume he's super busy or focused on something, so I lay my equipment on the counter and wait for the guy to walk up to the front counter. After 5 minutes of standing there, I call it quits, pick up my equipment and head towards the door, then the guy mumbled something as I was leaving out the door. In conclusion I would like to say, dont go here. Try the UPS location on Jake Alexander for all your print & Shipping needs.

Girl wouldn’t ship my prelabeled package because it was in “display” packaging.I’ve shipped 100s of packages in similar packaging. It’s sturdy, thick walled and packed well. Not on the fedex website for specifications for shipment. She was wrong yet still refused shipment.

Waiting in store with only one person in store when i arrived, one employee in store. Employee on phone trying to resolve a shipping service for a client who could not comr to store. Been waiting 15 minutes to ship a package. Store clients should be a priority!

I will NEVER visit this location again! Older gentleman in yhe store was very unprofessional. Acted like I was bothering him with my questions. Was very friendly with white patrons that entered the facility
