My niece bought a car there, she is 16. We had to get a whole new front end put on the car, cost over $3,700. Finally we decided the car is soo unsafe we went to Carmax to trade it in. When they pulled up the info on the car, come to find out, it was a total loss, so practically Don Carlos put a band-aid on the vehicle and sold it. People PLEASE be aware, take the car to a reliable mechanic before you buy from Don Carlos. He is selling very dangerous automobiles that could result in someone getting badly hurt.

Was in the market for a used vehicle for a bit. It was tough looking around for a good car, but I stumbled upon Don Carlos Garage. I was hesitant at first because I saw some bad reviews from 4 years ago, but there were plenty of more recent good reviews. I ended up purchasing a 2010 Honda Accord, the car runs great and they did a great job repairing it. You can't even tell it was a salvage vehicle. With prices going up and up it's good to know that there is a business with last years prices. The prices are cash only, but that's fine with me because I don't like debt, and the price that is agreed upon is the price you pay. They didn't attack me with hidden fees like other places thank god! I will definitely come back when I need another car, and you should give them a look.

VERY SATISFIED!Great car! They were great at communicating before and after the purchase. They showed me photos of the car before they repaired it and where they purchased it from. The car also came with a 30-day tag and it already had it's N.C Inspection. They didn't bun-bard me with hidden fees and extra charges; it was a very smooth purchase, and I'm definitely going to buy a another vehicle from them in the future.

Great experience overall. Their prices are great compared to other used car dealers and compared to used cars on Facebook and Craigslist. They give you the transparency you want; when you’re purchasing a vehicle. They also down't tower you with taxes and document fees. The price that is agreed upon is the price you pay, nothing more. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a good used car.

Great Cars for a great price!! Highly recommend, it's easy, simple and very professional. All of their cars also come with a N.C Inspection and a 30 day tag. Tge best part is that there isn't any hidden fees!

Terrible customer service, would not supply the carfax for the vehicles they are selling and their attempt at fixing body damage is subpar. Pieces of headlamps are missing, the fender has warped portions, and the door will not close all the way. Its a nontraditional operation. when i texted them commentating on their work, the woman gloria said "i was just putting hard workers down." Very manipulative response to say to someone who spent their hard earned money to buy a money pit. whatever you do, do not give this company the time of day.

Bought a truck from Don Carlos Garage within 600 miles the AC went out, I had to replace the battery then to top it off the torque converter comes apart leaving my son on the side of the road. They said you test drove it, we can't help you. Buyer beware! el comprador tenga cuidado!
