Always has racks in isles this is a fire hazard don't know how they get by with this I do maintenance on appartments and fire inspector writes us up if a resident left a cart in hallway and a woman tried over a rack in there and they did nothing about it Mgr acted like it was no big deal we have no where to put these but if some one would unload them and put them outside of building there would be no problem and this morning at 9:30 we went ro get a stapler and doors were lock so I guess they just open when they want to or they find an employee that is not high to come and openthe store

The store is trashed. Garbage can at the front door was overflowing like an erupting volcano!!! Aisles mere hard to pass through and the high shelves make it very dark. This seems like par for the course. It absolutely amazes me that these stores remain in business and that there seems to be one on every street corner. Get some help in those stores!!!

I have been to this store alot I live right down the street and here recently it seems like they are just very rude idk if the new employees aren't being trained or what but they are very rude and have literally accused me of stealing or at least assumed I was it very uncomfortable and unprofessional the store is very dirty and unorganized they need to train their employees on customer service imma start going to another one close by

Most of the workers are very rude and will toss your items in the bags carelessly. One worker in particular was very, very rude towards me... I don't know if she was having a bad day so she decided to take it out on me, but regardless she needs to fix her off putting attitude – and if she doesn't like working at DG she needs to look for another job because customer service isn't for her. Also, the frozen food section in the back of the store was very bare when I went there more than once.

This store has always been trashy, but has gotten worse through out the last few months. Went today and got so aggravated by all the Uboats in the isles and nothin stocked. I grabbed a few things I already had and checked out. The cashier didn’t have very good customer service mannerisms. Not a hey how are you? Did you find everything ok? Have a great day. I was happy to see a few people stocking. But needless to say I drove up to family dollar to get the rest of my stuff I needed today. I won’t be returning to this location. I’ll drive a little further and pay a little more not to deal with that headache. Also, managers need to not be on their phones outside all the time or hiding in the office all the time.

Very trashy. I use to love shopping here and also working here. Tried to come back to rhe company to help get the stores back up and running but they do not pay and are not willing to up the pay for the amount of work that needs to bed done! Corporate needs to reevaluate the company pay and maybe they could get workers and the stores wouldn't be in such awful shape. Ill be shopping at family dollar now. All follar generals are terrible

Complete pigsty! Merchandise thrown everywhere, can’t walk down isles due to boxes and pallets everywhere. Oh and staff to match. Rude, disappeared back into office and obviously didn’t want to work.

This store needs help! Can’t even push a cart down the isle. Use to buy a lot of pet food here but now buy it at Food Lion. I would rather pay a little more than leave empty handed and go through the haste of digging it out of a stack on a cart. Be cautious of the prices too because price changes are not always done and you will pay more than the advertised price. Dollar General tries to run their stores with very little help and will work a few people to death. I’m taking my business elsewhere
