I've gotten refills twice. Both times when I have called, I have gotten the same pharmacy tech twice who is hateful \\u0026 rude. She has an attitude when answering the phone and talks to you like it's an inconvenience. I'm not looking for the staff to be my bff; but it cost nothing to be kind. Customer service goes along way. After today, I will find another location to pick up my prescriptions.

The pharmacy here is a joke but I never am laughing. I had one prescription that has been on backorder for four and a half months now and they have no idea when they will be able to get it. The pharmacist couldn't tell the truth if her life depended on it. Everytime that I confront them on their endless lies all I get is apologies, QUIT APOLOGISING AND HONOR YOUR PROMISES, IT'S THAT SIMPLE.

This place needs a new manager and a pharmacy clean up. I hate this place. With a passion. But my insurance has us come here. And dont dare use the nasty bathroom, so dirty. Clean it the f up!!!

I am not one to complain. However, I can't let this go unknown. I have visited this Pharmacy on 4 occasions and out of the 4 visits 1 visit was pleasant and that was at the drive thru to pick up my prescription. My first visit, I was switching my prescription over from Walgreens to CVS due to my insurance request. The lady behind the counter was very nice, she wrote all my info down on paper for me to get a refill. I waited a week thinking they would call me. I went to the location, waited, and waited to be waited on only to find out they did not have me in the system and therefore the prescription was not filled. To make a long story short every time I went there the wait time was wait, wait, someone came and said "someone will be with you" so I waited and waited and waited, until I finally left. This is ridiculous.I am not a complainer, I have worked with the public in retail so I understand things get busy... BUT EVERYTIME!!! and NO they weren't even busy.

Great customer service always asked if I need help and greeted when I came in little crowded but overall nice location they also know about makeup so that is a plus. Amazing prices all round.

The pharmacy ppl are always exasperated, touchy, and not human. Talk to them like the robots they are. They talk to their co-workers but not to customers. Boo.
