On Wednesday night the clerk was laughing and talking instead of helping customers. It was 7:00 and we had been waiting to pay a bill for about 45 minutes. She rolled her eyes when we asked for assistance.

Be careful, all stores push their programs, Cricket pushes bundles. I just wanted to buy the Iphone 13 Pro Max and Cricket pushes bundles with items over priced and/or you may not need. Because customers were waiting I felt rushed and I didn't even get a receipt the day of purchase. I went back 3 days later (today) and got a receipt. I wanted to return the bundle items I ended up with. Was informed I would have to come back tomorrow and talk to the person who sold the phone to me.... REALLY????I think the staff gets commission and this is why they push items on you, even though you don't need them. This is a 2 star rating because of what I feel was dishonest or misled pressure sale to buy extras. BUYER BEWARE!
