Have hardly ever had an issue with this location, right on my commute to and from work. Always had pretty good service and usually pretty friendly service. Would definitely come back here again. Thank you. :)

I shop BP all the time. My store of choice is E. Innes. But this evening I stopped at BP on Jake Alexander. 3 attempts to pump. Kept giving me receipts but no gas. After trying to use my HT rewards, no and then tried my BP Loyalty, no. Pump would scan my card but would not reset. Cashier was not helpful at all. I left with no gas.

I got gas on Wednesday of last week and this gas station put a $100 hold on my debit card the payment cleared on Friday and it is Monday and the hold is still there making a $100 of my money inaccessible. When I questioned the assistant manager she stated that it's not their gas station but my bank holding my money which is a bold faced lie according to my bank. I'd find another gas station to use especially if using a debit card...

Everything in this place is stupidly expensive and I guess it's because there's a McDonald's connected to it. I don't know about you but I can go to Mcd's and get my food then go somewhere else to stock up on convenience store items. You'll save a good bit of money by doing so.
