Workers are always pretty friendly. I set my phone so it will not automatically update but this last update did anyway and now my phone has been ridiculous. It randomly shuts off and will not power back on for hours, They only wanna sell you a new phone and not fix the problem

Isabel was so helpful!! She got my granddaughters phone up and running in less than 30 minutes. I have been with Boost for many years and I usually receive good service. Isabel went above and beyond. ???

Horrible customer service Really disrespectful They sold me a phone for $250 that i could have got at Walmart for $150 And when I tried to do a return less than 24 hours with the receipt They said they don't do that no more I've been with them over 10 years but I've had enoughI'm switching I suggest you guys do the same..
