Even though we did not buy or new car from them they were so very nice and helpful. I would recommend if you are in the market for a new car to give them a visit. They had some great deals, just not the exact car for us.

We returned to Ben Mynatt because of the wonderful experience we had several years ago, and we were not disappointed. The team there makes everything so easy and they make you feel very special.

On Tuesday July 30th my car starting showing signs of limp mode and the check engine light was on, suddenly out of nowhere. I made a few calls to several different local dealerships to figure out where I could have my infiniti diagnosed. Since the closest infiniti dealership was over an hour from me I decided to give nissan a call to discuss their ability to properly diagnose my car. They stated that they do diagnose and work in infiniti at that location. I asked if they were busy or when they would be able to check it out, I was initially told Thursday if not definitely friday. I called my insurance and set up for a tow truck to pick my vehicle up from my house and bring it to Ben Mynatt Nissan in Salisbury. He arrived and loaded my vehicle on the truck and headed to the dealership. My car arrived at the dealership Thursday Aug 1. Around noon. I made a call to the dealership Friday around lunch optimistic that my car would have been diagnosed. Instead I was told that the master mechanic was out sick all week and they wasn't sure when he would be coming back. (I'm now starting to worry). Come Saturday I gave them another call to check for updates. I was told the same thing.."our master mechanic is out sick". Finally comes Monday Aug. 5 I again reached out to the service department to check on my car. This time I was given the diagnosis & to my surprise it was apparently an aftermarket obd reader left plugged into the port causing my car to lose communications between modules causing the limp mode. This was great news , considering I was expecting a crazy repair bill. I agreed to an oil change an alignment and was told my vehicle would be ready by the end of the day. I called back later in the day to be told that my car was pulled into a bay but the master mechanic had left again and hadn't completed my oil change or alignment. Painstakingly enough I remained polite and explained the seriousness of my vehicle as I'm a single mom & don't have another way of transportation. I was told that it would be completed first thing Tuesday morning.Tuesday afternoon rolls around & I STILL haven't heard from them. I reach out AGAIN. I was told that my car was finally done with the simple oil change and alignment an that he would send my invoice right over via email ect. 3 hours go by and I had yet to receive the email. I called back and finally it was sent over. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was HORRIFIED. My beautiful car had been keyed. I mean front to back both sides, the hood, trunk everywhere. I was blown out of my mind that this had happened. I immediately brought it to Adam(supervisor) attention. He blew it off saying "that wasnt done by us". He kept insisting that i need to have it covered under my insurance. Very insensitive about the situation. They had my car for nearly 1 whole week and this is how i get it back. This is completely inexcusable! I trusted this company after reading hundreds of 5 star reviews and seeing how "family oriented" they were. I'm disgusted and can't believe this has happened.

We bought a beautiful Ram truck from these people. EVERYONE in this dealership we met were super friendly and treated us like family. Wendy the customer service lady was patient and kind. Our sales person Harrison even met us at the airport and shuttled us back to the dealership. Van the finance guy was also patient and helpful. Tommy, the manager even called and offered his assistance with anything we might need. Even the people we met who were not working with us were super friendly! We flew to NC, completed the paperwork, and started to Arkansas in our new truck all in one day. I would definitely buy from this dealership again. I recommend you go by (or look on line) and see what they can do for you.

Me, my husband and daughters have all bought vehicles from here. They now offer a lifetime power train warranty on any make vehicle that has under 80,000 miles on it. That is awesome I think. I just recently traded in my Nissan Rogue and got the Murano because of this warranty. If your looking for a new vehicle go here and ask for David Humpal. He is a great salesman and the only 1 we talk to ?
Thank you Ben Mynatt and David for always taking care of us as customers!!!

WARNING & BEWARE: hands down one of the worst dealerships and customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a brand new rogue and the engine blew up and no one batted an eye. Luckily it was covered by warranty. I had to wait for a month and it still was not completed. We had a year long planned vacation and while on it during this whole situation, they came to my home without my permission and took the rental while on vacation without any communication, leaving me without a vehicle and took all my personal belongings and the keys to my own vehicle they dropped off. Yes I’m not exaggerating, these people looked up my personal address and took the rental and left my car without any keys for me to even drive it. No call, no email, no text, absolutely nothing. I contacted the dealership once I got home and haven’t gotten a hold of anyone for the past 24 hours. I cannot believe how unresponsive management is to this entire situation but the sales people are quick to blast me with texts wanting to coerce us into buying another BRAND new Nissan, while still minimizing the current brand new engine just blew up in the rogue. Whole situation is honestly flabbergasting and disgusting.
Save your time and your money and get a Toyota. They’ll last longer and probably have better customer service.

Everything was good at first but then things changed and was pressured into buying a vehicle that is to small. I told David I wanted to think about it overnight & he said he would give me 20 minutes. I didn't even get 5 minutes. The vehicle was supposed to be in my name & my sister's & it isn't. We were supposed to be called back on Thursday & we weren't so we are stuck with a vehicle that is too small to accommodate a wheelchair. David just wanted to sell a car that day. If I could of waited a day we would have bought a different car.
