Had a windshield put in and in leaked so they put more silicone on it and it still leaked then they put a second windshield in it and it leaked in the same place so they put more silicone and it still leaks I'll never use pfaffs again so now I've got to find someone else to put a third windshield in my truck Thanks Pfaffs for making this one of the worst experiences I've had with someone working on my truck Don't get me wrong they were very professional but there's no excuse for this I spoke to a friend of mine who installed windshields for over 7 years and he said I have one of the most common trucks on the road there is nothing difficult about putting a windshield in it

Try for three weeks to get a windshield put in on there schedule can’t give me a time for the installation and they call on the schedule day its a Friday and They tell me that windshield can’t be replaced today because windshield they have was broken they can’t get to me for another week we’ll never use him again Safelite is coming Saturday

The price was ok but the glass was not installed properly and I couldn't believe they told me to look up youtube videos on how to finish the job I paid them to do...totally unprofessional move!!!

I called in the morning and they had my auto glass replaced by the afternoon. These guys also charged me $200 less than what Safelite quoted me. Very appreciative of their good work and commitment to stellar customer service.

Pfaff's was recommended by a coworker for a side window replacement. The service was friendly and prompt and completed within the time table given. They were even cheaper than Safelite. The technician went above and beyond and even cleaned up the glue from the plastic that I had on the window before the replacement.

What can I say besides Auto Glass Championship goes to Pfaff’s hands ?? down. There’s a reason they’ve been in business for 100+ yrs The starting line up is Doug(owner) Brian (master wizard pitcher) Bill (grand slam fixer) you walk in as a customer & leave as a family member. This establishment far exceeded all expectations of professionalism. The pricing 5star workmanship 5star office staff 5star This isn’t a fast food auto glass company like all the others if you want cheap low quality work definitely go to the others. If you want 100% quality go to Pfaff’s. If I continue writing this will turn into a best seller because that’s what I received the best !!
