This place is EXTREMELY rude. I ordered a Bacon biscuit combo and a Bacon , egg and cheese mcgriddle combo. The lady repeated my order to me. I got to the window to pick it up. And the MANAGER, told me that since I wasnt charged, I would have to go back around and order it again. I told her I didnt mind paying for it, she said we dont have a register here. I told her it wasnt my fault but theirs. A manager acting this way is ABSURD.

Don’t count on them having the milkshake that you might’ve been craving all day. Also- this was not “fast food” as they rudely tell you you have to pull into a reserved drive through spot before they bring your food out. Getting fast food shouldn’t take half an hour or more. I’d go somewhere else!

Well McDonalds are at it again. "Shake machine says Hot" "No Shakes Again" Why is it that nobody at McDonalds especially in Lumberton does not want to sell Milk Shacks. Every time I go to McDonalds Milk Shake Machine is not working. Come on people clean the Shake Machine after hours. I do not have that problem at Hardee's or Burger King.

Used the app. Did was hit and delicious. They did put cheese on it when I asked for no cheese. But otherwise, all good.

I waited almost 30 minutes for my curbside order. I went inside, and it had been sitting on the counter for goodness knows how long. I asked about it, and the crew member remade my drink and food for me.

Service here was slow at first but I was glad because my fries, and meal was hot!
Parking: There's no problem here about parking they have plenty of parking spaces!

Food was standard McDonald's food, the staff was rude and no shock there, and of course we got the "we need you to pull in a parking space and we will bring you the food" this has become the pathetic standard across the board so that these places can send up false stats to corporations saying they are getting people through the drive through fast, lol yeah right, we ordered 3 egg mcmuffins and that was unable to be put together and sent us to a parking place for 10 minutes, if we wanted to sit a and eat we would come inside, people use the drive through because they have somewhere to be, not sitting in a parking lot, this never went on until the last few years, lazy, absolutely lazy
