“Definitely Recommend!!! Hands down, best pet hospital ever. My almost 8yo baby Nona, was diagnosed with pyometra. The emergency vet that diagnosed her quoted $3600 for her surgery. They made me feel as if this was my only option and if I did not do the surgery now then there could be some serious consequences. I do understand this can be life threatening for her and wanted her to be taken care of sooner rather than later. But they also did not make me feel as if they actually cared about her or her life but more about the funds she could bring in. They told me she would have to stay over night, have blood work every few hours on and on to rack up the bill but didn’t actually make me feel like they were interested in helping my baby and providing the care she was needing. I called several pet hospitals and most wouldn’t even give me a quote on a price for the surgery but wanted me to bring her in instead and spend extra money on initial exams then for them to then quote me. I was so fearful that I’d spend more money on initial exams and not have money left for surgery. My aunt brought her cat into Hinkle’s to be spayed a few days ago and gave them a call for me to get some information. They were on it ! When I say on it, I mean it. Quoted me a much better price than anyone other vet, and at the end I paid less than half of what was quoted everywhere else. No one can say the people here at Hinkle’s don’t care about your pets because they proved to me today that there are places that will help you and your fur babies with your babies best interest not just dollar signs. They truly cared for my baby and her life meant something to these folks and I cannot thank the team here enough for helping my sweet girl. I will be forever grateful and will be returning for general care for my other fur babies. Thank you so so much!
