Sorry to the girl who walked out not being helped or not understanding what he was explaining over and over again. Then he needed to assist me and was able to help. I feel it was an awkward interaction that may have made him look not quite professional. But he pulled it off with getting an additional box charge outta of me that I am sure I deserved. Regardless felt sad for the girl that left abruptly without help, unfortantly she was black and it may have looked unhealthy in the cameras. I’m not certain what the other kid was doing, but he looked very lost.

The associates at this store are friendly, polite, and supportive. They seem like family and make me feel like family during each of my visits.

An printing associate at the UPS store in Spindale NC was very knowledgeable and helpful. He found a solution to get the bleed I wanted on the page by going to a larger sheet which brought the cost down. I was very grateful.

The guy charged me $1.00 to put tape on my amazon return bag and there was a lady at the other register that he waited on that had the same amazon bag but returning 2 items in the bag and was not charged the $1.00 she didn't have to pay anything to return her amazon returns which are supposed to be free to return but this guy always comes up with something to upcharge you at this location. I feel like I was discriminated against at this store because the other customer that didn't pay was of a different race the same race of the cashier. I was charged $0.25 for 8.5×11 copies , $2.50 service fee plus $1.00 banding fee.

Went in for an Amazon return. I had never done this before.The gentleman working, Michael, went above and beyond to patiently walk me through the process. The stellar service I received is rare these days. I am impressed.

First time in store.. just days before Christmas.. line moved quickly. I was greeted as I came up to counter. The man was very kind.. and assertive. Explained in detail my shipping options.. he was also very patient.. I was treated the way all should treat one another… But it’s not like that everywhere. So that is how remember my visit there! I will defiantly be back!

Several people in line and we are being ignored while the workers goof off in the back.Adding more after your review. if that was the case, that there is important work in the back, and the customers standing in your lobby cannot get attention since those tasks are priority, then hire more people so all the work can be accomplished. that is your fault as a garbage manager that you are not making sure you have enough workforce to get all the work done.

Stephen worked with us to print graduation announcements and party invitations that we had designed. Unlike a different business, he had no trouble in converting our files for his use on his system. The announcements and invitations look beautiful! I highly recommend this store's print center.
