I only wish there were an option to leave 0 Stars. This is the least Convenient Bank in the world. For three months they allowed an unauthorized charge to hit my account. Every month the charge was disputed and recognized by the bank to be unauthorized. Every month they guaranteed me that there would be a stop payment placed from that company so funds would not be able to be withdrawn and every month for 3 months they were allowed to draw money out of my account. Subsequently it took a 10 to 14 day process to refund the money. They are liars, they are lazy, they do not care about their customers, and they definitely don't care about small businesses. Avoid this Bank like you would a stick in the eye! Eric Hammond

I went to the Rutherfordton, NC banking location to sign up for a new account for a non-profit. Everyone was welcoming and made me feel at home. The head teller opened the account for me and explained each step to me and what services are offered for banking in person and online. She also contacted a TD Branch in Pennsylvania in connection with the account, and they were just as easy to work with. It was a very smooth and stress-free experience. I also noticed that the tellers working with those who walked-in, or used the drive-thru, were friendly and seemed to know everyone. It felt personal and I like that.
