My car wouldn't start and I walked about a half mile to Napa. They drove me back to my car, jumped it, and installed a battery when we met beck up at the shop. Great service. Oh and gave me a water because I was thirsty from walking. Totally solved my problem. Thanks everyone.

Went in to grab some transmission fluid and when they rung it up it was about 6 bucks more than it should have been. The woman at the front was downright rude and unprofessional and would not honor the price that was listed. She said it's impossible to keep up with the prices and therefore cannot keep changing the listed price tags. Well how about stop looking at videos on your phone with your coworker while your at work and do your job! I may have lost my cool a bit and trust me when I say I never do that but this woman was a real piece of work with absolutely no customer service. The gentleman that was with her was helpful and has always been great so kudos to you..

Store is well stocked and laid out for the customer. Had no trouble finding what I needed did ask for help on one thing and the clerk took me right too what I needed. Napa is the only place to buy car parts from quality too knowledge unmatched. So go to one of the other places to save a few dollars and you will be taking it back when it isn't correct or breaks. Nothing worse than busting your knuckles replacing a water pump to have it leak right of the box or not even fit. Never had that happen at Napa.

I only come here to save on oil change kits. The customer service is horrible, very unprofessional and nobody seems to know what they're talking about, especially that new hipster looking dude with the mustache and guages or that old hag, they should be fired. I'd leave if they're there. There is only one guy, don't know his name, but he short and chubby, in there that is nice and tries to help so that gives them extra star. He the real MVP carrying the NAPA team!
