Pharmacist cashier was extremely rude and unfriendly - barely made any verbal or eye contact with me during the entire transaction. CVS has changed recently - and NOT for the better. CVS: Pay your employees and pharmacists better and hire more people!!!!!

This CVS might be the best CVS my family has even been to. The people are so nice and the store manager took my purchase to the car for me, took time to talk time to me about baseball, and after I converted him from the Chicago Cubs to the Braves, he started doing the chop.

Cvs is a good place to get your meds...but sometimes they do not have them but all drug stores are starting to get like that ..they have all kinds of great products to choose from check them out there med prices are cheap

I went to get my covid booster shot. My experience while there was good. I also wanted some vitamin c packets. I could not locate them so an associate helped me locate them.

Every time I call a rx in it is never ready. Stupid text message from them says rx will be ready in a few days. Wait a few days call and rx not ready. Please define a few days. Totally stinks. If the rx was not saving me a couple bucks I would transfer. Spoke with an employee and they could not care less.

I placed a call to CVS today at 2:20 pm to discuss a transfer of my medicine from Walgreens and they were to call me back and give me updates on the transfer and the pricing.At 5:10 today I got a called to say they have not got a return call from Walgreens that they would call me with all the information as soon as they heard back from Walgreens about the transfer. Within 10 minutes I got a call and a voicemail to see my prescription was ready. I was sort of disappointed because they were supposed to call me and let me know the pricing. because I have enough time to compare other pharmacies with my switch over from United healthcare to Aetna.I have called the pharmacy at least 6 times between 6:00 and 9;00pm. And hold on for 30 minutes then hang up try again. Until closing time I had to wait until the next day to get someone live. it’s enough for me to know that I do not need CVS pharmacy in Rutherfordton.

This has to be the worst pharmacy/customer service I have ever experienced. The pharmacy staff is rude, dismissive and absolutely no help what so ever. I will make it my personal mission in life to make sure everyone I know, finds another pharmacy to be spared the horrible treatment.

I like coming to CVS. Their stores always clean and usually starts pretty well. If you can catch things on sale it's always great because since covid they have had some big price increases. They have self-checkouts as well and I love those.

Don't go to the pharmacy and get your medication filled it will take you two days to get in and checked out through the drive-through.
