This shipper is loading refrigerated cargo from the outside (at 87 F) and wants truck driver to keep the refrigerated trailer at 35 F for one hour of loading with the door open. They think a refrigerated trailer can precool the entire neighborhood. CRAZY!!!

The roads can be a little daunting because of how narrow and curvy they are, but what a great crew.They were very efficient unloading my truck, and the staff that I visited with were very friendly.I have been in Japan on three separate occasions, spending about 100 days enjoying Japanese cuisine. This place is legit. Check out the brand, and enjoy.

Very traditional miso manufacturing process with an emphasis on quality. I was very surprised to learn that they are the largest organic miso manufacturer in the world and that they've been in business over 40 years. Everyone I met their was very friendly and knowledgeable. Their various misos are very good, some better than what I've had from Japan. Also great to have learned that their products are in most Whole Foods stores nationwide. Great folks

Got sent you fro.a breakdown call here onceHad.no clue. what miso even was. Well to make it simple, not my.cut.of tea. But as far a miso goes been told one of the best.
