Woodland Baptist Church is a larger church by comparison but the people are so friendly, it gives you that small church feel. Jesus ALWAYS comes first at Woodland.

I want to start out by saying, I loved the sermon, however, there was a moment where he did say something HIGHLY INSENSITIVE. In our culture, it is welcomed to like who you want to like, I understand even I have my personal beliefs regarding that HOWEVER to promote hate and judgment among people is wrong. It is not our place to cast away people who are seeking help and knowledge to get closer to god. I felt as though the sermon was inconsiderate of those who not know what they do and would not be a welcoming environment. That you are wanted as long as your not gay. I think that is wrong. I encourage the church to reach out and send a reply

I came today for the first time. I was 2 mins. late bc coming from Clemmons.There was alot of vacant seats available but several ppl had their pocketbook or Bible in seat beside them. I asked if someone sitting here & they said yes. The usher was having to hunt me a seat. Finally he found one & .45 mins. into preaching no one sat in those vacant seats. That hurt knowing & feeling rejected. However the Preacher gave an awesome sermon & the music was beautiful but not very much of that. I'm glad I visited but not sure I'll come back.
