Nothing but praise for the Rural Hall, NC post office! They scan my package labels when brought in. There are always occasional package issues and mistakes with any shipping business, but these folks will always do their best. Kudos to the entire staff!

Went in today to drop off a very important letter ; the lady said,”she would be right back !” I waited almost 5 minutes no other customers , but myself. She was in front of me opposite side of the counter . She started to walk away; I had to whistle loud to get her attention. My sister works at a SC Post office , By Herself and doesn’t do this .

The delivery lady that drops off our mail is incredibly rude and inconsiderate. She has long dark blonde hair and always wears jean shorts and shades. She always acts like it’s a huge hassle to drop off packages at my porch. She almost always throws my packages onto my front porch even if the packages say fragile. I’ve caught her doing this with my porch camera and even while I was there. There have been times where I’ve been close by like in the garden and even though she could have just handed the packages to me she still chooses to throw it on my front porch. There have been times where me or my husband have needed to sign for a package and after signing the device she just snatches the device back.

I've called the post master about this matter before and will do so again. The smaller , younger lady with dark brown hair continues to cause issues. She rips and rides the roads fast. And she keeps shoving boxes as well as books that clearly in bold letters state DO NOT bend into my mailbox. This is getting old real fast

Tracking said, delivery attempted but mailbox was full...It was a 60lb kettlebell??? It’s not going in the mailbox...Case of pure laziness.

Never had a issue mailing envelopes or lightweight stuff but walk in there with a slightly heavy/large box to ship and they don't like that!! They must hate their job or scared their going to break a nail or both!!, Took my business elsewhere where no bad attitudes are present.

Always received great courteous service from everyone there until one day I needed to ship a medium sized package. The clerk behind the counter was extremely rude & unprofessional, with an unwelcoming bad attitude, if I could leave zero stars I would. ?
