Pulled up to nearest left lane to talk to a representative. The lady couldn’t even listen to me. Barely. She proceeds to try to tell me that I have to make an appointment in order to do the thing that I wanted. I find it very odd that you have to make an appointment to talk with someone. Right across the street, BB&T, you can walk in, and talk to somebody immediately and that is what I did!

I barely made to the bank by 5 pm but they treated me great and I got my business done. Other places might not have been pleased but they never mentioned it. Thanks for making my day!

Worst Banking Experience Ever...You have to make an appointment to see someone --then they come back late from lunch make you wait..and to make a deposit is drive-thru only..I know we have an pandemic but my other bank you can walk in and make deposits and not have to wait 30-45 minutes in drive -thru line..Mismanagement and Poor Customer Service

Needed to get a payment cancellation from a gym that was taking money out of my account and the friendly staff here were extremely helpful! Brigette (I don't think I'm spelling her name right, sorry) was helpful along with the banker who walked me through the process WHO LOST HER VOICE! Still came to work that day, helped me out, and went above and beyond to help get my money back! Extremely helpful - thought there needed to be one good review in here!

Between us, my wife and I have nearly 40 years of banking (business, personal, mortgage) at Wells Fargo and before that, Wachovia. Went to this branch to get a car transfer title notarized and was treated like a criminal -- after a career of working as a lawyer for 3 judges and as a state attorney general, not that I was dressed up or acting like a posh j*** either. Wow. Just, wow. I would never recommend this branch, and if this was my only impression of Wells Fargo I would surely never bank there.

The experience that I had at Wells Fargo was not the best. The branch manager name Bridgett that we spoke to was very rude with her delivery and she not very nice. I wouldn't recommend banking here it has to many issues.

Worst branch ever. Very slow and no one helps. I literally just closed my account at Wells Fargo and switched to a new bank after going into this branch. Customer service is terrible and attitudes are even worse.
