I, like usual, read the reviews before going anywhere. Was expecting the worse! Like I told the employees, their reviews made absolutely no sense. The employees are helpful and courteous. NOT rude at all! I was in there less than 4 minutes. The inside is CLEAN! Envelopes and mailing items are stocked! Come see for yourself.

Don't mark a package as "delivery attempt made" when I've been home all day and UPS and FedEx were able to make their deliveries. I have cameras that notify me when someone is on my property and I hate liars. Every time this sub covers our area, she refuses to deliver packages! I have a huge mailbox and an even bigger package drop box by my front door, so there's no excuse for a package to be returned to the post office!

THE Lighting Outside is Very Bad. I see a lot of older people going there st night..Now a days it's not safe to be out at night especially places that don't have proper lighting and if you are ALONE.

Just checked my mail and my brother has recieved a "Sorry We Missed You" ticket. Why? We have been home all day. There are cars in our drive way. No one ever cake to our door. Not once. Are the drivers that lazy? Why does this keep happening?

Delivered my package to the wrong location again and told me they were going to check on the package and get back to me. They never had the courtest of calling me back A postal worker came to my door saying he was going to the get the package I waited and waited then I called the post office back the lady was very rude to me and accused me of trying to get two packages for the price of one. I have to return the missing package or cancel the replacement order otherwise Amazon will charge me again they said that they spoke to Amazon and was told I was getting a new order I know that. But the point is have common decency to call someone back. I even put off taking a shower to wait for the call. Then because I wanted some answers I was told that I was rude.

worst experience ever. employee yelled at me in person and then again over the phone when i was calm and collected and simply needed questions answered. felt racially motivated. why not keep that energy for customers who are actually bad

I cannot rate this office low enough! I relocated to this small town from a major metropolis locale. The people here don't even understand the basics on how to read or follow directions.Becoming the last mile carrier for Amazon was the worst decision Amazon could make. Don't expect to have your ? delivered accurately, timely, or carefully. If a customer has written instructions ON THE MAILBOX.... FOLLOW THEM!!... ?♂️ ?♂️#defundUSPS #quitusingsnailmail
