Will never even think about renting from there again rented a walk behind aerator yesterday at 3:00 which that part was on me because it was for today woke up this morning it was raining so I took the aerator back it is currently 11:15 they still charged me for the aerator for a whole day even though it's a charged me anything they should have charged me for a half of a day but other rental places like equipment 58 rentals in South Boston Virginia which are actually cheaper both hydraulics is cheaper will work with you if it rains and will not charge you where this place is this greedy and money hungry and plus they want to get an attitude with you when you have a question because I brought up to the manager or owner I said hey I didn't have it a whole day I had it a half of a day by y'all's standards I should only be charged for half a day she didn't care no wonder they're at a 4.0 rating plus I've written it from there in the past and equipment falls apart everything they have is junk

I needed lots of mulch and Landscape Supply made it so easy! They delivered and dropped in the exact spot we needed without messing up my whole yard or driveway. Highly recommend!

If I could give negative stars I would... I paid on Tuesday to have an excavator delivered on Friday was told it would be delivered Thursday or Friday... Friday came and no machine, got a call at 1:30 saying it would be delieved at 4:45 their driver's all called out. How is it my problem they didnt have drivers when I paid for the service. I wasted 2 days waiting for the machine, have now lost money and as a small business owner, every dollar counts. Then when I wanted some sort of compensation (just a few extra hours) for the new delivery date of Saturday(which they don't make deliveries on) an ill tempered woman just said they would refund my money and I would not be getting the machine. Now as a small business owner I look bad because I can't do the promised work. Never rent from this company.

Have rented equipment from Talbert Rentals several times now, with plans for several more - always treated well and fairly. Why buy this stuff when an occasional rental is far cheaper? - Jay

In Spring of 1996, my 43 yr old brother-in-law was suffering form ALS, was already in wheelchair. He has always talked about have a Pig Roast, knowing his health would soon be declining, friends and family decided to give his pig roast. Several hundred people filled his large backyard with tables, chairs, and tents provided by this business. The owner did not know "Dennis" personally but knew of him because they attended the same church. When Dennis wife, Bev, went to pay for the rental. The owner wrote "No Charge!" on the bill. Furthermore, the owner went even further, having his staff delivery, setup, and then pickup the tables, chairs, and tents. There is a picture of Dennis sitting in his wheelchair on the back deck overlooking the large gathering with his Redskins blanket hiding his withering legs appreciating the fact "No man is a failure who has friends." There was no such thing as Yelp back then, but I thought it was time this business was publicly thanked. You made a dying man happy that day.
