We bought a 2014 GMC Terrain from them. I made the hour and a half drive to them based on their good reviews. We bought the vehicle on a Friday and before we made it home, the check engine light came on. We ended up taking it back the next day as vehicle had not been inspected and they agreed to check it out due to light coming on. We picked it back up a week later and was told it was fixed. We didn't go 200 miles and check engine light came back on. We took it to Advance Auto to have them put it on their machine. They informed us that it looked like someone was resetting the engine light. Now we are less than 8 weeks from buying it, and I've lost my $5,400. I can't drive it a day without having to add a quart of oil. The engine light Is still on and the roof is leaking. You cannot tell me they didn't know these things as they said they had been driving it up until we bought it. I'll end up taking it to a sale and selling as is. I will lose my butt! Buyer beware!!!! They don't stand behind their product . They stopped taking ouf calls.

Smith Auto is the best. Bill really takes care of his customers. We are so fortunate and blessed to have a mechanic that is so talented here in Roxboro. His son's are following right in his foot steps. Thank you for taking such great care of us in the past and the future.

These guys gave me one quote on doing a job after the job was complete they charged me three times the amount that they quoted me said it was they made a mistake on the quote then I had to take the car back because it was leaking oil real bad had to pay some more money $135 more and it didn't even cover putting oil in the car.. advise anyone stay away from this business bad business

Although they do a good job of fixing my car, things tend to go missing each time I leave the car there. And lastly, they told me it was a blown head gasket but all I needed was a new crank sensor and plugs. NOT going back to them if I can help it.

Great christian people very nice. They done a awesome job on my 4-runner. even after a previous mechanic from a different shop made a mess of my engine, they got it running even better than when I bought my truck. And no surprises when you get the bill either. I'm Def referring everyone I know to come here and will again myself if time comes again.
