This bank put a hold on a certified check meant to cover materials for a job. Yes a certified check. Two prior checks from the same institution had both been processed without holds. But since my account balance was low as the teller said they would need to place a hold on the check, which has me in danger of loosing the job and throwing my schedule way off. Should I loose this work based on this are they going to repay me? If my balance is low don't I need the money that much more? That's the customer service you can expect.

The bank offers superb service! They are knowlegable and always easy to work with! We were referred to them a few years ago and couldnt be happier with them.

I've been banking with RSB for years and have had no issues (certainly not the case with other local financial institutions). Find them friendly and accommodating. Only thing missing is that their electronic banking range of services is very limited

Made a payment on a H.E. loan I have with the bank, and some mix up was made where under $20 of a $200 monthly payment was made unknowingly. I received nothing in the mail, no phone calls, no emails. Receive a call now saying my account is 30+ days delinquent and reported to credit bureau (I have a 700+ score & I pay my bills). Pitiful customer service. Consider looking at banks who communicate and/or work with their customers, especially long term, well paying customers. It doesn't take a genius to look at a customer who pays every month and say, hmm, maybe there's an oversight or something going on, let me contact them.
