I have been calling since September and have not once been able to speak with anyone. My medicine is NEVER ready on time and the pharmacist is incompetent. I don't understand how they have any business.

Sat on hold for 30 mins and the phone automatically hung up on me. Then I called back and waited another 30 mins and it hung up on me. Someone was picking up the phone and putting it on hold so I know the phones were working. Apparently they just no longer accept phone calls.

If I could use a different pharmacy, I would. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Had to stay on hold for 30 minutes and then 20 minutes just to get a busy signal after told repeatedly by voice messages that were number 1 in line. And then, when we called back the next day and waited on hold for 15 minutes before we got through to a live person, I asked about phone issues. I was told they didn't have any, and that the phones were answered quickly the previous day. This is not true. Maybe she didn't work the day because we know different.

I want to shout out to the two people who were working tonight that I interacted with! I left the drive thru line holding in a crying fit! Not because of them but because of my insurance. I’ve been dealing with a skin issue for a year…finally found out what it was, but MY insurance needed pre authorization for me to get this cream. It’s $659 without insurance. They went above and beyond to get me some relief tonight! I wish I had gotten their names, but thank you so! So! Much! I got home and the first application of this golden ointment, still paid $93 for it….was AMAZING! It was like tiny little hands scratching the dry skin on my body! First time I had relief from that in months! Thank you so much for helping me today!

The girls at my Walgreens are phenomenal and always welcome me by my name. Getting a booster flu shot combo UGH! Friendly atmosphere definitely worth it.

The issue here is they parse out a prescription I guess to maximize profit? I had a prescription for 13 days of medicine, they gave me 3 and come back. I don't do business like that.

I don't understand why employees in a pharmacy wear their mask incorrectly. Why wear it at all? You would think that in a medical-related business, folks would take the pandemic more seriously. Their customers look to them for guidance on these matters, so if the employees wear their mask incorrectly, then their customers are very likely to follow suit.

Be very careful at this Pharmacy . Expectually if your script is a controlled substance . Not 1 time but 2 times I noticed the Adhd meds were short by 10 pills . I don't usually take as prescribed so it wasn't a big deal the first time but I did call to let them be aware I was missing 10 pills again . The second time it happened I asked to speak to the manager and someone named Emily said she was the manager ,I told her this is the second time I was shorted 10 pills . She said she would look into it and call em back tomorrow I told her this is the second time this happened,it wasn't a big deal but it still needed to be looked into it was not very professional . She called back and said they watched the Camara and the pills were correct so basically they called me a liar . I know how to count and I counted them 3 times and still was shorted 10 pills .Sorry but I know how to count . And 10 missing both times is suspicious I could see one or two missing but not 10 each time . Why don't they put on there bottles who filled the script ? I know they use to do that . It's a shame I have to start coming in and counting the pills in front of them . This could really cause a problem if someone took there pills like prescribed because they would run out ?. Like I said count your pills . This place has a problem with counting or unfortunately someone is taking them I would hate to think that but it sure looks that way

I have never had poorer customer service at a pharmacy. Ever. I waited for more than 90 minutes over 6 phone calls (two of which hung up on me) to get one Rx filled. It was promised at 2pm. Wasn’t available at 5pm. Told to come back at 8pm. Still wasn’t filled. The pharmacy tech stated she wanted to “fight me” and lied and said she was the only one on duty while there was clearly a pharmacist on duty. I spent at least 3 hours to get ONE necessary prescription filled. I’ve never experienced staff as rude and inept as this, and will never be returning to this location, despite its close proximity to my home. I cannot urge you enough to avoid this location.UPDATE 1/27/20: second time this location has promised prescriptions by a certain time. Went up to retrieve them over an hour later than promised. Was told “we are very busy” and sent away without two of my prescriptions. They had a four hour warning of when I wanted to be there and I was promised them within 90 minutes. This place is RIDICULOUS. NON-existent customer service and one simply CANNOT believe their promise times. Again, cannot urge you enough to avoid this incompetent and rude pharmacy.

The customer service is more than unprofessional. Two weeks in a row I have had to call multiple times to have someone answer the phone, to be answered with "hold on", no time to reply or anything just a click... get to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription, multiple huffs and puffs when asking about name, date, etc... all for TWO prescriptions that are necessary for a child. After waiting more than 6 hours for each one on separate occasions, for a prescription that takes my usual pharmacy 30-45 minutes to fill. Called the pharmacy at 5:30p told they are a little busy it will be an hour, arrive at 6:45p, told "it takes an hour and a half to fill this, you will have to wait 30 more minutes" replied okay I will wait, pharmacy tech glared at me, rolled eyes, and huffed loud enough for everyone else to hear. This is so unpleasant and non professional. This pharmacy needs some training on how to approach clients in an appropriate manner.
