Awesome staff. Everyone who works here is always smiling and personable, more than willing to go the extra mile to be helpful, even if you have wait a few minutes because it’s busy. The staff all work to ensure the customers get proper assistance, whether it’s simply being pointed in the direction of a particular section or item, to answer questions / give recommendations on a specific type of liquor or different brands/blends of similar styles. If there’s something unavailable, the staff is great at offering suggestions for available alternative comparable products. There is a nice rotation of unique featured collector’s level items, from boxed gift sets to special edition and limited edition liquors ranging from high-end top-tier budget to more moderate budget items (see photos).Only reason for not giving 5-stars: the parking lot is a tad tight to maneuver and can on occasion require a small wait to get a parking spot; however, the business has definitely capitalized on the available lot space to maximize parking space, the sheer volume of business particularly around certain times of the year etc, it’s better to plan around the busy hours/days when possible. The staff is really good about time efficiency, showing particular skill during exceptionally busy times in their ability to both be personable, kind, and patient while also keeping the lines moving and minimizing wait time. This has a noticeable positive impact on parking during these times as well as getting into and out of the parking lot.One possible option to help with exiting the parking lot, (it’s a one-way only, drive-around lot) and this may have previously been in use, but over time faded: paint a line about two car lengths leading to the street curb making two separate exit lanes, each lane distinctly marked with painted arrows on the pavement marking left turn only for the left lane and right turn only for the right lane. Hopefully that would be sufficient enough and not require any signs or posts to emphasize it.This would aide in reducing traffic backup at peak times when the main road is also heavy with traffic, allowing exiting customers two delegated exit lanes. Often exiting vehicles will stop in the middle of the access point because it is a one-way, but get held up trying to turn left in heavy traffic, causing a line to form of customers waiting to exit that may need to exit to the right. More of an issue is that now, the backed up line of cars waiting to exit are blocking parking spaces on that entire side of the building, both as potential parking as well as preventing a parked car from being able to exit until room can be made between those already waiting to exit or until the line is cleared and gone. The parking on this side of the building at the exit only access may impact the use of the parking space closest to the street/grass, possibly the second parking space closest to the road. The overall benefit of the flow of traffic for the volume of this store, should counter the loss of use of any of those spaces and still provide for an increase in traffic flow and sales per hour during those same high volume times.

Was advised by staff that allocated Bourbons go first to restaurants and then to the citizens of their county. If your traveling from outside their county they will not sell it to you. Never have I seen this before

Well, it's a soviet-ABC liquor store like all the rest. It was open when I visited and I bought what I wanted. Shrug. It is small, like most of these stores, not the new big fancy ones.
