Cars are way overpriced. I made a fair offer and a car and was laughed at and blocked. Came to google and read their reviews…. So glad I dodged a bullet!

Just a little update on my review!!! The day i posted this review the owner called me we discussed what was going on with my car and he informed me that it came with a 3 month 5,000 mile warranty through the 3rd party company they used (the salesman who he said was new never told me this) anyways the “owner” told me that day he was printing off the warranty information and mailing it to me. A week and half later I still have no warranty information, I did call back Friday and left a message for him and still haven’t heard ANYTHING! Stay away from these people seriously you willBe throwing money down the drain! They seem nice enough and honest…… had my car less then 4 weeks bone dry in oil! Apparently there is an oil leak they did not disclose obviously! The guy here even told me he drove the car for weeks himself and had absolutely no issues with it! Buyers beware!!! Take your business somewhere else! Trust me!

I purchased a car from them and during the whole process they were easy to work with, patient and professional. Now here's the key that makes this guys TOTALLY STAND OUT....They don't sell brand new cars, they sell used cars and on the cheap. If and when you buy a cash car you're always taking some sort of gamble being there might have been some wear items close to failing or some nuanced issues that were not known and so on. Your typical dealer after you buy a car a few days or week after your driving it, if you found some pretty grave issue with the car would basically stand on "sold as is" and your F-d....My experience with them was after I took the car it did have a key issue that showed up. It wasn't obvious and they'd not seen it on the car but there it was. What they did was literally help me fix it being they seen it was a pretty important issue, they'd not seen or listed that it was there (and they did test drive the car and it didn't act up when they did) but once I got it and in the dead heat of summer/now in Texas it happened to give out but THEY SUPPORTED me in addressing it. YES....A used car dealer that stood by what they sold making it fair. Now, I'm not saying that you buy a used car from them and anything from a button not working or months later something like your alternator gives out you'd expect to call then to fix it....But not to get into the details here, but i'm next to certain if something they happened to honestly miss you found out right after buying the car and it was a sort of main/major item, i'm confident they'd address it with you to make it right. That was HUGE for me and speaks volumes for these guys as being sincere and as honest as they come in the used car market. I've NEVER had a used car place basically say "oh wow, ya I see that issue, we didn't catch that, but we'll help you address it", normally its "well we didn't see that at all, and we sell it how it is so its on you and good luck".Anytime myself or friends and family are in the market for a used car I will always check these guys lot first. Simply because they are honest about what they are selling and if something rare was found they'd be honest to make it right.Super job guys....If only all used car lots were this way they'd not have the stigma. By the way, once the issue was addressed I couldn't be happier with the car, its solid and runs great and is my new daily driver!

If give a NEGATIVE 5 STARS IF I COULD!! Manny sold us a lemon he knew it and we've only had the car 3 months and it's been broken down 5 times. They were disrespectful to my fiance when she called for help. BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS HERE!!!

Don’t be fooled by this dealership, cars look good from the appearance but mechanic wise beware.. they forget to leave important details about the vehicles.

Poor service. They sell cars that aren’t mechanically sound. They don’t stand behind their cars.

100% recommend getting a vehicle from here. I had a few problems with my car when I first bought it and instead of saying that I’d have to figure out a way to take care of it on my own they were so kind and helped me get it towed to their shop in Durham where they have fixed everything and made sure that it works great. Love the atmosphere of the workplace and the people that work there are amazing and truly wonderful.

I recently bought a car from Massi Motors and the car looked fine, however the car started giving me problems shortly after. Not even 2 days passed and the engine light turned on for the spark plugs, ok got it fixed. A few weeks later the engine light turned on again. Went to check what it was and the dealership said it was for the catalytic converter. That was fixed, ok. They also said the timing belt components needed to be replaced for $3,000 dollars. They tried to convince me about that so I decided to take it to a good, reliable, trusted mechanic and he said it was misfiring for one of the cylinders, which he stated that I would have to replace the engine completely. All of this happened in matter of 2 months…Please stay away from this dealership they are just looking to sell cars that aren’t in the best condition and take advantage of people and their money.

They have a great variety of vehicles. You can go make a deal here and pay cash for a decent vehicle. Friendly employees.
