“ABOVE AND BEYONDHappened to park near an employee having his lunch as we pulled in. When we were done shopping, this gentleman was returning to work. Mr Mike exited his truck, put on his vest, and offered to help us load 60 pound sacks of cement into my truck. When's the last time you experienced customer service like that?!?! “They always have great Bauer products and they have alot of inventory because sometimes I be a little rough on equipment like dropping it from high places so they are durable but not from like 100 ft but at the price you can buy 2 compared to a craftsman and 2 is better then 1”
