Store is overall clean and stocked however the people in the pharmacy have really bad attitudes and poor customer service. I understand they have a lot going on but being rude only will make your job harder. Every time I go there or call in a Rx they are very rude over the phone and when I pick up my Rx. I will not be going there for Rx not worth it

In my experience, the store was very clean, well stocked, and the staff that I encountered at this store was very helpful. I came to CVS to find an item that I had not been able to find previously at 2 other stores. I was struggling to find it (was looking in the wrong place) and a kind employee stopped to show me where to find it, as well as stayed with me to help me to find the exact item.

I had a prescription from my Dr. Instead of explaining to me the policy involving a cough suppressant with codeine he basically accused me of having a fake prescription and told me he would not fill it until my Dr. spoke to him which was on Sat. Thankfully I was able to reach my Dr. to resolve the matter. The pharmacist was rude and the young girl who rung me up was also very rude. Will never ever buy anything at all from that store again. I was treated like a sub human. These two employees really need to learn some people skills. When I got home he had not even attached the labels with my name or date of purchase or even directions of how much dosage or when to take. I',m pretty sure he was being spiteful because he was called out. So I have a bottle of medication with no labels indicating any info. Also when the rude girl asked for my ID I was so frustrated at this point when she told me she needed to see my ID when I pulled it out of my wallet with a tug it slide across the counter and onto the floor. I apologized to her several times said I did not mean to do that she just cut me off and would not listen. She laid my medication on the counter turned and walked away with out saying thank you or anything which was very rude. As I walked away I apologized once again and she muttered something but would not accept what I had to say. Your pharmacist set the tone for this situation the way he initially approached me. Very poor business from both employees

As a provider, it takes 10 minutes to get through to a staff member in order to help a patient on my end. I can only imagine the difficulty and frustration for the actual customers
