Mr Mike exited his truck, put on his vest, and offered to help us load 60 pound sacks of cement into my truck. When's the last time you experienced customer service like that?!?! I am so impressed with this kind man going out of his way to help. Lowe's- please recognize Mr Mike for going above and beyond!”
