They froze my account because I had more than 10K, so the fraud ppl told me. Still trying to get my money. do not trust this bank. Unfortunately I cannot leave 0 stars.edit: Update, I opened a MM account online which flagged my account and for some reason deemed it to be fraud. Still fighting for my money. No outside transactions were done in doing this...

Avoid this bank, total waste of time and money. The people working the branches aren't capable of doing any real bank work. They just provide lip service and have to call 1800 numbers. If you try to do it yourself it takes hours on hold. Extremely frustrating, might as well have an online based, no branch, bank. Honestly stupid business model. Closing my account as soon as I can

Bank is very short staffed. Hard to reach by phone. It rings and rings. Customer service is not great; however, when you are able to talk to someone, the customer service is very good. Very knowledgeable people in bank. Just frustrating to get to the person!!

Was at this location today3.04.2022 @ 2pm to make my mortgage pay.ent and didn't get to make it due to the employees goofing off and even let a customer jump in front of me who was clearly being waited on by another associate.This was my last time at that location which is in my hometown.im very disappointed in the lack of professionalism that was displayed .
